What surprises me is that such a populist measure has not even been contemplated in this country before the Republicrat duopoly showered the investor/business community with generous bailouts. It seems that 'Murikans are so brainwashed with capitalist propaganda that they are incapable of staging populist protests, except when cued by their business masters and their talkshow mouthpieces.
