Some inconsequential distraction
By a powerless right-wing jerk
That we may divert our eyes
>From the perpetual-disappointment machine
That is our own party
Which in thine infinite wisdom
Thou hath placed at the nation's helm
To do absolutely none of the things
We'd like to believe it stands for
