If I were Harold Bloom, I might say this sounds like Marx had read too much Adorno.
---- It's not that I think. If memory serves, Marx started out writing poetry. There are certainly some powerful poetic impulses in his early work. I wouldn't compare that to Adorno. Adorno can't even simulate the poetic very well.
