Harold Ford is stranger then fiction. The Billionaires choice... It would be great if he could get some hard questions at this event and held accountable to his slavish stance to Wall Street

In early 2010, *Harold Ford, Jr.* rocked the New York and national political establishments by contemplating a run for the U.S. Senate.

He wrote that "New Yorkers expect a politics where politicians do what's right based on independent judgment, free of political bosses trying to dictate. And New Yorkers want an honest and serious debate about how to grow our economy, create new jobs downstate and upstate and keep New York state and our country safe."

By March 2010 he had announced that he would not run. Since that time, Congressman Ford has remained active in civic life in New York, and his book, More Davids Than Goliaths: A Political Education, hits bookshelves later this summer.

Join us at one of NYC's best venues - the media studio of former VH1 CEO Ed Bennett - as Congressman Ford gives us his take on the current state of New York and national politics, 2010, and much more....
