The story is, the state's crackdown on Maoist or quasi-Maoist groups in
India's hinterland is now starting to target civil rights organizers and
activists. These latter are some very fine folks, committed to democracy,
who are not part of guerilla organizations and are deeply critical of all
forms of violence.
