Omar Pound died on Tuesday, March 2. He had been in failing health for several years and was in a private room at a nursing home surrounded by a beautiful park in Princeton.
His wife, Elizabeth, was a daily visitor, keeping him company at lunch and bringing him books and his favorite music. Family and friends were frequent visitors.
In addition to Elizabeth, Omar is survived by daughters Kate and Oriana and grandsons Josh and Ben. A family service will be held Monday.
