Just post some recent Supreme Court arguments. Corporations have been denied first amendment rights because they can't buy elections. Re-counting votes to make sure is a violation of due process of the contested winner. Invading a country, killing hundreds of thousands to liberate it from its government is a triumph for human freedom. There are non-civilians in a country with no army. Because it has no army, those captured resisting invasion have to be treated worse than real soldiers. Any dead body found there was a terrorist, eo ipso. Suspect terrorists are too dangerous to be tried in court. When asked to produce evidence the prosecution says, trust us, they're guilty.
