Doesn't this poll counter what many here have tried to say about the teaparty poll results: namely that those that self represented as teaparty activists were upper-middle class or part of the bourgeoisie (majority making less than $75,000)? It would appear that most of the respondents to the teaparty poll would be categorized as middle class by this. As members of the middle class they would be part of this finding- "In ABC News and ABC News/Washington Post polls conducted in recent months, a majority in this middle income range, 58 percent, are worried about their family's financial situation, and about as many, 56 percent, report personal stress as a result of the current economy...." there is more too.
