Pointing out the badness of government coercion is not always libertarianism.
But yes, it is worse than the status quo. Forcing them to surrender what little extra money they have each month to the inscos for insurance the copay and deductibles of which they won't be able to pay is bad. At least now they can wing it, and if they incur major expenses they can declare bankruptcy or just not pay the bills, and use the money that would have gone to the inscos to get vajazzled or buy Xasthur cds.
