Are you saying that the woman should have had a gun, rather than a cell phone, so she could shoot the bipolar woman? (Maybe the woman was a snake, or a coyote, or a bear, or something else in disguise... maybe the woman with the cell phone was walking her daughters dog, or cooling down after a run with the pup...)
