I can't find a chart in the gawker article that references "quantity" of alcohol consumed with one exception. Most would interpret "drink more" or "drink more alcohol" to refer to a quantity, not whether a person is a teetotaler or not. The charts are best interpreted as saying something about non-drinkers, as "none" is really the only clearly expressed indicator of frequency.
