Yeah I went there and saw the list. If you click on one of the topics, you 
get an
outline of questions the students should be able to answer for each section 
of
study. All great questions. I hope when he looses his job, he moves to 
Berkeley
High to teach the same subjects.

I doubt Elena Kagan shares anything like her brother's view of the world and
