Living as he does under the tail of the Democratic Farty, c b conjures up a "big right-wing upsurge" when the obvious reality is that the right-wing vote was much less than in the 2008 elections. Just like the mainstream press assholes at Obama's pathetic "News" conference. The Repugnicons won because a really huge number of voters who had been swindled into voting Dumbocratic weren't buying it this time. They voted with their sitzfleisch. It was totally visible long ago--"enthusiasm gap" and all that. Obama and Co. got what they deserved.
Outweighing all that--like a bowling ball outweighs a feather--in New York Howie Hawkins got some 60,000 votes and Julia Willebrand some 100,000. The Green Party won back its official standing and is in great shape for the Presidentials. All that's needed (no count yet published) to top off the Left's victory is for c b's fellow taildwellers, the "WFP," to lose their ballot status. Here's hoping!
