Chuck Grimes writes:

This is your next gig, the death of public radio. Just lay it out like you know how to do, and make it a book.

John Gulick says:

A book? One of those quaint dead tree things? Who reads those? The only reason to write a book is if you're an academic seeking tenure. And, of course, no one will read that, either -- not even your peers, although they'll pretend to, because they have to cite books in the articles they write to get tenure. Once tenure is secured, you can write a book about the death of literature -- of course, no one will read it. But at least it's something to do other than attending boring faculty meetings, and telling students to stop tweeting about celebrity porn websites while you're attempting to lecture to them...
