I really don't think that Mark Samborski was talking about that sort of thing.

Could be. I haven't followed the whole thread on Ireland closely. But under current world conditions it seems as though "costs" usually refers to the need for "fiscal responsibility" of some sort -- i.e. Austerity.

But if I have misconstrued Mark I apologize.
