Don't a lot of multinationals just set up an office in Ireland and then route profits that were generated by operations elsewhere through it? In other words, without necessarily having much in the way of actual operations or employment in Ireland itself? I know there's a lot of genuine MNC employment in Ireland, but isn't there a lot of fakery too?
