Just saw that a bunch of garden style apartments in my old
neighborhood in Arlington--which has been part of our tenant's
association 8-10 years ago, are being wiped out to build multi-story
condos.

Arlington looks like it is going through hyper-boom times while the
rest of the country is headed towards third world conditions.
