I don't know if this has been posted before. It's a link to a

Some will recognize the discussion of a thermodynamic flow, with blockages 
barriers and work arounds sketched out by Harvey. The above lecture is an 
application of those concepts, as well as the list of areas to focus 
attention on how to analyze the crisis, and how to try and change it.

The same page has Naomi Prins and several others. After listening to the 
David Kotz lecture, I can see, he compliments Harvey in the sense of being
