It's a Bollywood satire on the US war on terror, Pakistani foolishness, and idiotic dreams of getting rich and staring in media. Most of the gags are predictable, but still funny when they happen. It's been banned in Pakistani, but of course pirated on CDs and selling well. I found it from a recent interview of the director and main actor on Aljazeera, by Riz Khan:

It's a little too soft core for me, but still effective. Not as funny as the Onion video Mike Ballard posted, or some of the better Jon Steward routines. There are some slow parts for the gag set-ups, it is too long, and has a happy ending that still manages to keep a light satirical edge. It gets American characters just about right: freaked out racists, liars, potentially scary as shit killers, bomb happy generals, ultimately baffoons. But it sure is a relief from the constant drone of grim and ugly news.
