What is this question relevant to? It seems pointless. It certainly is irdrelevant to the process of building an anti-capitalist movement. And if such a movement arises and is successful, then then it won't be a question of "socialism" but of this problem, that problem, etc. etc. The question of the desirability of socialism will neer concretely arise, except in the empty speculations of bystanders to political struggle.
