All morning people on the sidewalk watching this thing, including me, were saying two fires in two days couldn't be coincidental--- especially considering the notice we got under the door yesterday asking us to report anything suspicious from the night before:

Thursday's fire has been determined to be arson, Humphrey said. It was extinguished by sprinklers and out by the time firefighters arrived.
