That's right - Ozaukee is up there in the top 25 too.  I'm sure also that 
Washington Co. probably is not too far down.
Passing through Waukesha Co. on I-94 today one sees nothing but more and more 
new McMansions.

The highlighted counties in wi are ozaukee (to the north of Milwaukee) and
waukesha (to the west of Milwaukee); Washington county (to the Northwest of
Milwaukee) can't be far off this list
