There's film footage of Dylan's visit for the screen test, but I can't remember where I saw it.
Dylan pretty much barges in and insists on Warhol filming him, so his taking of the art work (which thanks to the Julius and Ethel Scull, was worth quite a lot) really amounts to theft, or perhaps "conversion" is the legal term.
