Actually, I know quite well.

The real issue is CLASS, NOT race, gender, ethnicity, etc.

Unfortunately, it is in the interest of many advocacy groups to conveniently overlook this reality, and also for others to pretend that we have "no social classes" in the US.

How many cents on the dollar does a woman housekeeper in a hotel earn in comparison to a woman radiologist? That's the real outrage.

The only colors that matter today are gold, silver, and green. When there is common agreement on that point, then we will have progressed a long way in the struggle for equality.

You really don't know what you're talking about, do you? Women with college degrees earn less than men with college degrees. Even after you account for education, experience, occupation, and every other demographic angle, women make less than men. It's narrowing, but it's still there.
