I have a feeling that a number of people here take vegetarians and vegetarianism seriously but simultaneously don't accept lousy arguments for it.

And I forgot to add to my last note that the fact that the bourgeoisie has made peace with vegetarians is hardly an endorsement given that they have mostly made peace with torturing human beings, neoliberalism and more.
