The problem will be that in reaction to these executive ripoffs funds for disabled care will be slashed and perhaps farmed out to for profit groups who will cut costs by hiring less qualified staff and no doubt conditions may return close to what caused the non-profits to grow and be well funded in the first place. At least the Levy group seems to have given the disabled quality care and hired staff at decent salaries even while those on the top ripped off the government and pampered themselves.
