I suspect along with Google’s behaviour of eliminating duplicates, the issue 
might be reuse of Message-IDs by Mailman (which might cause Google’s 
duplicate flagging).

Thanks to all on this obnoxious problem. It might make for a internet revolt
against Google. I decided they were into business fascism-imperialism
of some sort awhile back.
