A bit to amuse CB and Julio:
>From a recent Louie CK episode, where he falls in love with a 17 million dollar apartment and visits his accountant to try to convince him that he (Louie) can afford it. The accountant tries to talk Louie out of it and finally works it out to the numbers:
"you have to make mortgage payments of $70k/month and make a $4.3 million down payment”.
The accountant pauses, then ads gently, “You have 7000 dollars in your savings account”.
Louie looks morose, but then asks with mild hope: “But what about Obama?”.
:-)
I figured CB and Julio think many on the Left (including liberals, progressives) ask much the same question.
