Right, exactly. So I am guessing Bhaskar (and Doug whose question Bhaskar says he is repeating) means something more than those sort of actions. Perhaps they mean some kind of theory of action, or perhaps framework, not the actions themselves. The term “practical politics” seems redundant in the simpler sense in which I (and you too) seem to think of political analysis/action.
