Suffice to say the admin told a court that the job action was like Hurricane
Katrina in its ability to completely destroy the university and that laws
the Pres. explicitly stated did not apply to the university or its employees
six months ago now do apply… they got a temporary injunction that keeps us
even from gathering, maybe even wearing FA shirts… court date Fri… the guy
probably thinks he's showing leadership… pissed.
