Just had a question on interpreting the chart on front page: "worst in 80 years."
Is this by U-6 Total unemployed?
Second, 2011 is 0% and then the other years are percent change compared to 2011? Do I have this right? (And what is meant by ten-year change...because it shows change over smaller periods than ten-year?)...
Sorry, these questions stem from my minimal economics background...
