[WS:] Yes, there is. This will get the charges against your client dismissed without going to a trial. You won the case. It may be a different story for the claimant's attorney and a potential civil suit - but it is not inconceivable to 'settle" out of court (a common practice, don't you agree? - than risking uncertain gain contingent on favorable outcomes of two trials
