Why not say here's another manifestation (or illustration)? There cannot be empirical evidence for "human" capacity, since (in the present) there can be an equal number of instances of lack of capacity and confusion. Human capacity has to be hisotiraclly derived, not empirically. Keep evidence out of it -- or, rather, develop a meta-theory of the 'place' of evidence in the analysis of human capacity in the struggle against capitalism. Starting with empirical "proofs" is a kneejerk (untheorized and un criqiued) reflection of bourgeois ideology.
