USAT is better than that. There was an alum in Liza's Knight-Bagehot program at Columbia a few years ago. Smart guy with decent politics. We bonded when I said that the paper got a bad rap.
But their reporter is a pal of mine - Jason Walsh. He also writes for the Christian Science Monitor.
