Regarding the physical money commodity, M. Heinrich actually agrees with you that Marx apparently regarded a physical money commodity as essential to capitalism, but that basically Marx was (*gasp*!) wrong, as shown by the post-Bretton Woods world.  Heinrich isn't very bothered by this, since he regards it as a very minor error by Marx, that does not in any way affect the correctness of his analysis of capitalism.
