It's a classic study in the art of dissembling, deception and creating an 
alternate universe, and doing so retro-actively, all in a marvel of straight 
faced hypocrisy.

Blair, Bush, now Rumsfeld have all come out with memoirs, the point of which 
is to continue this alternate universe and a collective attempt to re-write 
history.
