[WS:] As I see it, this person is not guilty under the same principles that guided the Nuremberg trails. In Nuremberg, the Nazis were found guilty for following "immoral" laws and orders. By the same logic, any "bank secrecy" laws that enable criminal activity should be breached to prevent that activity, if not altogether disobeyed.
