Oh come on. Tat was the idiocy we fought to begin with in the '60s. Education as a "solution" is a silly liberal superstition, ad way of avoiding facts.

But I agree with you - the problem is the social conditions that make students unavailable for learning. Focus on the school system is getting it all backwards.
