All of it, including the subject positions of the author and his beloved.  You could start at the top with BHL's apparent belief that a verdict of "not guilty" would be the equivalent of vindication and proof that no rape took place.  Or the implicit equation of the political reality that this witness will be torn apart on the stand by DSK's legal team with the supposition that her checkered past and lies on her asylum application mean that she "of course" was not raped.  Or the complete lack of discussion of the physical evidence that corroborates her story: bruises, blood, semen dispersed throughout the room (consistent with her story that she repeatedly attempted to spit it out, and not consistent with consensual sex).  The pearl-clutching equation of a perp walk with "torture".  The bloviating cultural crticism.  What's not to hate?
