Can You Pattersonize? (Midtown) Date: 2011-06-16, 11:53AM EDT Reply to: job-w8mxm-2443980311 at craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?] Do you understand pattersonization?

James Patterson has sold over 200 million novels--more than Stephen King, John Grisham and Dan Brown combined--largely because his brief, open, explicit style mimics popular TV.

It's so easy on the reader.

Help us pattersonize our novels--editing, punching up the prose--cutting to the core of the emotion.

$5 to $10 per page, quality--revisions required--dependent. More than 2000 pages existing work to be edited at present.

All responses MUST include:

(1) In 10 POINTS or less, a BULLETED description OF PATTERSON'S WRITING / PUBLISHING STYLE, as you understand it.

(2) A SHORT EXAMPLE CHAPTER of YOUR OWN work OR a CHAPTER copied from a PUBLISHED author's work before-AND-after pattersonization.

(3) A NUMBERED LIST of recently read Patterson books--with a BRIEF reason for liking or disliking each one.

(4) Your PHONE number.

Please, DO NOT INCLUDE your resume, list of credits or other personal items in your response.
