Not at all, it's just critical solidarity with revolutionary movements. The real problem with Cockburn's rant is that it is precisely the neocolonialism it claims to denounce: there is not one fact, interview, or reference based on any Libyan citizen, historical archive, or media report. And it's not like the materials aren't available -- since the outbreak of the Arab Spring, there's been an explosion of online and offline material about nearly every country in the Middle East.
