ANDY ...hadn't heard that one, which contributes to one wondering if it makes more sense to vote (however uninvolved-ly) at this point for Rep presidents. Not for worse-is-better reasons, but because hell gets raised when Rep admins do that kind of thing. JOHNNY I'm willing to bet that ruthless empirical inquiry would show this to be correct. I've often FELT the same thing, but after pondering the feeling last night, now I really BELIEVE it.(Not that the belief is necessarily grounded in the fact-finding which would probably prove it to be correct.)
