Somebody: "Having said all that, there's plenty of good programming on public radio; it just doesn't go by the name of Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and Talk of the Nation."

[WS:] Unfortunately, this good programming is outside the "commute time" - which is when most employed people listen to the radio. That is another aspect of the insidiousness of the NPR as a propaganda tool - they can truthfully claim that they give "equal time" to non-propagandistic programming, however, their main propaganda outlets, the Morning Edition, and All Things Considered, are broadcast when most people have time to listen to the radio.
