Fifty and more a week, as well as suspicion that they were 
under-counted. Plus these were "boys" from next door, not "regulars." I 
have a few 'precious' memories from my pre-movement days. In 1963 I 
remember watching a newscast on Vietnam and thinking, "Well, the 
casualties are just regular army men" (or something like that). And not 
a thought of course to the Vietnamese deaths!
