What exactly was so "liberal" about AW, by the way? I haven't followed his career that closely, but the last thing I heard about him, before his Johnson was all over the Interratubes, was that he wanted to rip out all the bike lanes in New York that Republican Mike Bloomberg recently built.

I don't think so. Clinton was President; but another Weiner could easily slip into the same bun. There's no shortage.
Apart from these two caveats, by the way, I agreed with most of what AK had to say.
