No resentment at all, you seem to have misread something. Neither I nor my old man not his long-time friend had anything to do with this firm.

The conversation went like this:

-I heard firm X from India bought Y -Oh yes.... -And they replaced the general manager with a guy from India, I've heard... must be some culture shock for him.... -Three of the best project leaders, who were on the firm since the company was founded, quit in disgust... -I meant for the guy from India -No, he's fine, it was the project leaders who couldn stand his military-style management and constant bugging at their homes. I've met him when we wanted to contract firm Y to do project Z... he still thinks he's in India and says local programmers are spoiled and not commited to the firm.

...then he proceeded to relate the incident about the guy phoning the project leaders home...

Make your own conclusions. FC
