Bless Hansen, but keep in mind that energy policy is not the field
he's made his career in.  Emannuel Kerry has made similar mistakes.
Lovins has been at this since the 70's, and while I haven't followed
him for a while, I keep waiting in vain for somebody to his positions
down.
