Somebody: "President Obama is rendering a superb service to the
American empire in it's age of decadence"

[WS:} This is probably the lowest point in his presidency to date,
lower even than Bush.  Bush at least tried to manufacture
quasi-believable casus belli and the illusion of a congressional
debate.  Obama did not bother even with such flimsily constructed
formalities.
