Most of Castro's remarks aren't coherant.
He remains the same autocratic "caudillo" today that he was on Jan. 1, 1959.

Like Hitler, he learned absolutely nothing over the course of his political 
career.

Julio, that doesn't look like a coherent argument. NATO is not going to occupy 
Libya.
