Which, um, "cost" exactly how much?

I mean, really: the money-market mutal fund guaranteed $3.7T of that 
total: established 21-Jul-2009; never tapped; closed 18-Sep-2009.  Total 
cost?  $0.

This list is a good one if you want to confuse/scare poor cb; otherwise 
it's not worth the PDF it's printed on.
